Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. Our designer will ensure we bring your vision to life so that you and your guests have the experience you desire.
As a full service event planning and management company, we also have a warehouse of high-end materials from linens to centerpieces for your rental needs. If we don't have it, we will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.

More of a Do-It-Yourselfer? Have your vendors and venue already selected or just need someone to bring it all together? Then you may be interested in our day of coordination services. These actually begin 6-8 weeks out to ensure we are in sync with all moving parts of your event.
If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.

Our all-inclusive packages make us a one-stop shop. Outside of the venue, B. Luxe Events can handle, planning, design, decoration, invitations, and all event management details down to menu selections.
